Hello, Anyang!

It's January!

Every year, the Sister City Association members strive to show ten students from Anyang, Korea all the wonderful things Garden Grove (and other parts of Southern California) has to offer.

For one week, their days are packed with visits to our local high schools and Government, touring our most prestigious Universities and museums, and learning all about California/US history and our historical relationship with Korea. Between all the enriching, educational experiences, we always promise to make time for fun! Disneyland, karaoke, Los Angeles, the Hollywood sign, common and popular American foods- you name it, we strive to make it all happen in just seven days!

The itinerary for each year varies slightly, but every year proves to leave all our friends from Anyang going home with lifelong friendships, laughs, great pictures, valuable knowledge and experience, and a first-hand understanding of American Culture and what it means to live in Garden Grove.

We are currently in the middle of arranging our 2020 Itinerary. Check out 2019's itinerary for a sneak peak at what may be to come this year!
